Ponticelli sits on the eastern edge of Naples, and its main church is the Basilica of Santa Maria della Neve. The coffered vault of that building runs across the front of the shirt as an all-over graphic, with the facade and its bell tower tone on tone on the back.

The two sides of the club took different buildings, and the colours had a hand in deciding which went where. The men's black and neon green carried the basilica, while the libero shirt moves to light blue, a colour worn by teams of every sport across Naples.
