The path leading to the entrance of the castle of Battipaglia is paved in a chevron, the kind of detail everyone in the town walks over without ever looking down at it.
That chevron became the kit. It runs tone on tone across the front and the back, close enough in value that it reads as texture from the stands and as a specific place from arm's length.
Taking something that belongs to everyone in the city, rather than a landmark seen from the outside, ties the team to the place through a detail its own supporters already know by sight.
